Phone Consultations

At David Allen Nutrition, we have clients from all over the world and our phone consultations make tha possible. We can still cater to a client although he or she may reside or be oversees. We also accomodate those who feel uncomfortable speaking to a nutritionist outside their own home, those who cannot make the commute to our offices, those who are running late, or even those are sick at the time of their scheduled appoitnment. In these cases, a consultation via phone or Skype can be a great way for a client to acquire nutritional advice and care they seek.

Q: Are phone consultations successful? How do they work?
Phone consultations have become increasingly more requested and are considered as successful as our office visits. The number of our phone clientele continues to grow exponentially and so does our ability to cater and support these clients. We have designed a procedure, which allows for anyone, anywhere in the world to take advantage of our program.

Q: How many phone consultations will I need?
It would take a series of at least 3 phone appointments to make you feel empowered to make the right food choices while losing body fat, or whatever your goal may be. After the 3rd appointment, it will be up to you to determine the frequency of future consultations.

The frequency of your consultations will be based on your individual needs and compliance to the program.

Please realize that we teach people how to make the right food choices and adopt a healthier lifestyle. Many times it is not simply the food someone is eating but underlying health issues (thyroid dysfunction, G.I. problems, menopause, insulin resistance, etc ) that make losing weight difficult. We pride ourselves at identifying and improving these and many other issues related to nutrition whether in-person or over the phone.
