Shipping Methods

We use UPS Ground for all shipments except for Overnight requests we use FedEx Express.

Taxes

All products are charged the California State tax of 9.25%.

Questions About Your Shipment?

When your order arrives, please review your invoice and product(s). Make sure that nothing is covered up by our packaging material. If there is a discrepancy, contact us at (818) 887-2720 within ten days of receiving your package.

If You Wish to Make a Return

Call 1-888-474-2720 or (818) 887-2720, and one of our friendly product specialists will be happy to help you. You can also send an email to [email protected]. NOTE: Your request for a return must be placed within 30 days of receiving your package. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and postage is not reimbursed for returning products. (We recommend sending packages UPS or Insured Parcel Post to insure proper delivery.)

Undelivered Packages

We’re sorry, but if your products are returned to us as undelivered, we cannot refund shipping and handling.
