Yield: 4 cups Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut Meat
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Rinse and Dry Kale Fully.
  3. Massage Kale with Coconut Oil
  4. Sprinkle with Sea Salt and Shredded Coconut
  5. Bake on a Cookie Sheet for about 10 minutes, Toss Leaves and Cook for another 10 minutes- or until crispy all the way through.
