Cottage Cheese Parfait with Fresh Berries and Flaxseed

Ingredients:

  • 8 ounces nonfat cottage cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon Orange Zest
  • 1/2 cup Raspberries, Blackberries, Strawberries or Blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon flax seed, ground

Directions:

  1. Place Cottage Cheese in a Small Mixing Bowl, Add 1 teaspoon of Fresh Orange Zest and gently mix until distributed evenly.
  2. Put cottage cheese mixture into a serving bowl, top with berries and sprinkle with ground flaxseed.
