Roasted Turkey Breast with Fresh Herbs

Servings: 6 Yield: 24 ounces


  • 2 pounds boneless skinless turkey breast, Half Breast
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Rosemary, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Sage, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves, Chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon Grapeseed oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice


  1. Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine garlic, mustard, rosemary, sage, thyme, salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice to make a paste.
  3. Prepare a shallow roasting pan with Olive Oil Spray and place turkey breast inside.
  4. Spread paste evenly over Turkey Breast, cover with foil, and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until juices run clear and thermometer reads 170 degrees. Baste every 15 minutes during cook time.
  5. Remove from oven and let settle for 15 minutes before serving.
  6. Yields approximately 24 ounces after cooking, Serves 6, 4 ounce portions.
